Alibata Academy Terms of Service

Upon successful enrollment and payment, learners receive access to the course content for the duration specified in the course details. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of login credentials or course materials is prohibited.

2. Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, GCash, or Maya. All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases where the course is canceled or materially changed by Alibata Academy.

3. Course Content

All course materials, including videos, documents, quizzes, and projects, are the intellectual property of Alibata Academy or its partners. Learners are granted a limited license to use content for personal learning only and may not redistribute, copy, or sell any materials.

4. User Conduct

Learners agree to use the platform respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive behavior, cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of platform features may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion of course requirements, learners may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are digital and subject to verification. Misuse or falsification of certificates is prohibited.

6. Technical Requirements

Learners are responsible for having the necessary devices and internet connection to access the courses. Alibata Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical or third-party service issues.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during registration and course participation is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications and Termination

Alibata Academy reserves the right to update course content, schedules, and these Terms at any time. We may also terminate access for any learner who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alibata Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our courses. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in our courses.
