1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services — including web design, digital marketing, SEO, hosting, or system development — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services and Deliverables

Alibata provides digital solutions such as website design, SEO, social media marketing, hosting, branding, and system development. Deliverables are clearly defined prior to each project’s start, including timelines, revisions, and specific inclusions.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments may be made through GCash, Bank Transfer, or other approved channels. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. Remaining balances must be paid upon completion. Delayed payments may result in project suspension or delivery delays.

4. Domain and Hosting

Clients availing hosting and domain bundles receive a free 1-year domain and hosting package with up to 6 months of maintenance. Renewal beyond the initial year follows the provider’s latest pricing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and design assets transfers to the client. Alibata may display completed works in its portfolio or case studies. Core backend frameworks or proprietary code remain Alibata’s intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra fees, subject to client approval.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once a project has started or deliverables have been produced, refunds may not be possible except under special circumstances.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Alibata values your privacy and data security. Personal information collected will be used solely for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alibata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or downtime caused by third-party systems.

10. Termination of Services

Alibata reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse. Clients may also terminate their contract by following the cancellation process outlined in our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled by competent courts within the Philippines.

12. Updates to Terms

Alibata reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, effective immediately upon publication.
